Feel Good Fridays

Get that Feel Good Friday feeling each and every Friday night from 8:00 – 11:00 p.m. at the Reserve Restaurant located in the swank and cozy Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. Experience the sweet melodies of crooner Ron Gutierrez and his trio of talented musicians who play the best in soul, R&B, and jazz ballads. Song requests are welcome, so come prepared with that special tune you’d like to hear.

The Bollywood Musical Revue

This high-energy celebration of India’s pop music, Bollywood culture and deep traditions  features colorful costumes, joyful dance and thrilling live music.

The Mengel Brothers

The Mengel Brothers consists of two brothers who are among the top Classical musicians in the Kansas City, Missouri area and both appear as members of many local community orchestras. This summer they will appear regularly at the Raphael Hotel Music series at the Chaz Lounge. Come and enjoy this performance!

Chaz draws a loyal flock of regulars Sunday nights to hear a diverse repertoire performed by the Mengel Brothers. Guests appreciate their classical compositions as well as riffs on jazz, pop and rock from artists such as the Beatles and Doors.

Music Trivia at Bier Station!

Join us for music trivia select Monday nights at Bier Station. This fun, diverse game explores many facets of music from the past handful of decades. Trivia starts at 7:30 p.m. $5 per person to play, but newcomers can try it out for free. Cash prizes to the 1st and 2nd place teams. Good beer and music will be plentiful!

Matt Villinger Duo

Matt Villinger was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is one of the most in demand piano players in Kansas City.  In 2013 Villinger recorded his first album as a leader called All Night which featured Peter Schlamb and Hermon Mehari. 

Steve Rigazzi Duo

Self-taught bassist, Steve Rigazzi is a Chaz favorite. Rigazzi performed and traveled with the United States Air Force Band and the NATO Band backing such internationally known musicians as Chet Baker, Ken Peplowski, Ed Shaughnessy and Chris Vadala.

This masterful rock and pop ukulele performance is one of the hottest tickets around. Jake Shimabukuro captures colors and moods never associated with the ukulele before.

Rich Hill Trio

Jackie Myers Trio

Pianist /vocalist Jackie Myers has been splitting her time between Austin and KC. The Austin Chronicle describes “her earthy lungs” finding a musical home in both locales. Myers’ mix of soul and jazz highlight her heartfelt voice and musical skill.

Dan Bliss and Rod Fleeman

Rod Fleeman uses acoustic guitar to showcase his love of of ’30s and ’40s jazz, blues and swing. Fingerstyle guitarist and singer Dan Bliss shows his old style guitar talents on tunes by artists such as Nat King Cole and Chuck Berry.

Lonnie McFadden Trio

Kansas City entertainment icon, Lonnie McFadden is a unique multi-talented performer who sings, tap dances and plays trumpet. He has traveled the globe performing and representing Kansas City Jazz at major jazz festivals and shows around the world.
