Grinders by STRETCH

Founded on the belief that Food, Art, & Music transcend ALL cultural boundaries. In 1992, STRETCH opened his studio in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District & improvised the ‘I – Beam Bar’ – aptly named for the only available seating. Twelve years of community building later, the first of many GRINDERS restaurants was born.
