Kids Yoga is for ages 4 – 10
 

Children start showing signs of anxiety between the ages of 3-5. 
 
Breathing exercises can help children calm their minds and bodies. So they can learn the tools to be able to regulate their emotions in stressful situations.
 
Yoga benefits children because it can build self esteem, strength and flexibility.
 
Yoga helps create a mind-body connection.

They will also have a lot of fun!! 
 
Kids do not need their own yoga mat.
