Welcome to Kansas City’s most exciting sports bar and brew pub featuring the area’s largest indoor TV screen. With its warm brick walls and leaded windows, Amerisports Brew Pub is the only classic lager house in or around Kansas City. Designed to look like a converted old world foundry, don't be surprised that it contains a 52-screen audiovisual system that broadcasts more sporting events than you can imagine. For sports fans, that translates into the ability to watch every single game of the season. Or, just behind the bar watch our very own Brewmaster in action in the brewery. Our high-tech audiovisual system includes:  Seven rear projection screens  32 plasma screens including the ginormous 30-foot wide by 10-foot high LED professional- grade high definition television which features a hearing hotspot so sports fans can use a mobile application to select and listen to the audio  Thirteen personal touch-screen TVs in individual booths. Each of these TVs offers 16 picture-in-picture choices, dedicated audio source and is the only system of its kind in Kansas City.  Amerisports also stands out as the only classic lager house in the area. Combine the unparalleled access to your favorite sports, a fabulous menu and an on-site brewery with five custom beers to choose from…and Amerisports Brew Pub easily stands out as a one-of-a-kind sports bar. Amerisports features five flagship beers. The beers include American Wheat and Amber lagers, Bohemian-style Pilsner (Blond) and German (Dark) lagers and an English-style Pale Ale. Ameristar Kansas City employs a full-time brewmaster, Stacey Payne, to create these beers especially for Amerisports Brew Pub. Payne graduated from the American Brewer’s Guild in Davis, California and completed his internship with Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, Missouri. He has won multiple awards and medals from national and international beer competitions, including the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Championships. In 2003, he introduced his beers in China, being the first craft beer there, and pioneered the use of plastic bottles for the industry in the United States. The brewery features a semi-automated system with touch screen controllers and a full laboratory. The German onion-domed brew house and Fermenters are clad entirely in copper and are visible from every seat in the house. Amerisports uses only the four classic brewing materials- water, malt, hops and yeast- to create its exceptional, fresh brews. Guests will also savor the hearty menu of American favorites and some unique “game day” fare. The menu includes a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, chicken and salads. Mouth-watering appetizers include Buffalo wings with Amerisports’ own special sauce, a heaping plate of nachos, fire-grilled chicken quesadillas, and a special house made giant pretzel. For guests who want it all, Amerisports offers the three and out sampler, featuring a “home run” combination of four favorite appetizers. The Amerisports Brew Pub in Kansas City is an extension of two popular Amerisports concepts at Ameristar Council Bluffs and Ameristar St. Charles, but is unique in its custom brews and the number of simultaneous feeds offered through the high-tech A/V system.
