Lunchtime Performance by Heartland Song Network featuring artists: Malak Azrael, Lucy Gray and Nora Payne. (12:00 – 1:00pm)
Community Activity: Songwriting Workshop led by Kate Whitefield (1:30 – 3:00pm)
Art Vendors (3:30 – 6:30pm):
- Anita Easterwood, a multi-disciplinary visual artist, born and raised in Kansas City, enjoys creating art that celebrates life, centered around fashion, history, culture and sisterhood.
- Tokeya Waci U Richarsdon of Coup Count Designz is a member of the Oglala Lakota and Haliwa-Saponi tribes and is an author and visual artist who will be sharing his work.
- Nia Lovemore’s artwork often depicts fantasy characters of sapphic vampires, malevolent succubi, ethereal fairies, bikini warriors and much more! She will have prints, stickers, comics and zines available for purchase.
- Rissa’s Artistic Designs are one-of-a-kind pieces crafted to inspire strength, confidence, and individuality, where clients are not just wearers but collectors of her unique art.
- Mariah Markt works range from murals to postcards of various subject matter, with a favorite medium of silkscreen art prints.
Evening Performance by Run With It, where infectious energy meets non-stop singable hooks and a captivating stage presence. Drawing inspiration from The Killers and Kings Of Leon, their high-energy anthems resonate deeply. From international stages like Al Udeid Air Force Base to fairs, festivals, and college circuits, their performances create unforgettable musical moments. (6:00 – 7:00pm)
