Sensory Sunday returns to Science City on Sunday, November 15, presented by Building Hope for Autism.

Sensory Sunday offers a special sensory-friendly Science City experience prior to our public opening. To provide a welcoming space for guests on the Autism spectrum and those with sensory sensitivities, sound effects are turned off, and there are minimal lighting effects.

Each Sensory Sunday takes place from 10am to 11:30am.

At 11:30am, our staff begins turning on Science City’s regular noises, lights, and attractions, ready for opening to the general public at 12:00pm. Those attending in the morning will be welcome to stay throughout the day until close at 5:00pm.

This is the last Sensory Sunday for 2026.
