The Climb is a free, family-friendly community event bringing together families, friends, healthcare providers, advocates, and supporters to raise awareness for perinatal mental health and connect our Kansas City community with resources and support.

The Climb is a program of Postpartum Support International (PSI) and is the world’s largest event raising funds and awareness for the mental health of new and growing families. We gather to recognize each person’s climb through perinatal mental health challenges and toward healing, connection, and recovery, while honoring those we have lost.

What to expect:

• A community walk through Loose Park

• Local resources and organizations

• Connection with other families and supporters

• Activities and opportunities to learn more about perinatal mental health

• A welcoming space for survivors, families, providers, and anyone who wants to support the cause

The event is free, but registration is required.
