NEW Al Pastor Street Taco Pizza
This limited-time gourmet pizza begins with Minsky’s house-made cornmeal thin crust covered with four-pepper cilantro sauce and shredded Monterey Jack. Next up, a generous helping of al pastor pork topped with diced yellow onion, fresh cilantro, and cotija cheese. Served with lime wedges and an avocado-tomatillo sauce.
Gourmet Tostada Pizza
Hungry for more? This culinary treat begins with your favorite Minsky’s crust spread with spicy refried bean sauce, and your choice of hamburger or chicken, topped with Monterey Jack. After a trip through the oven, this South of the Border masterpiece is topped with crisp shredded lettuce, fresh-diced tomato, and sliced red onion – and a side of salsa. (Add a side of sour cream for an extra charge.)
Thirsty for more? Quench your thirst with a refreshing Jarritos Soda in a variety of flavors or chill out with a Minsky’s Frozen Margarita, made with locally-imported Una Familia Tequila!
