Join us on Saturday, November 7, for an evening of live music with Rudy Love & The Encore at Zhou B Art Center KC. Part of our seasonal Zhou Spirit and Song concert series, this performance brings soulful sounds into the gallery for a night of art, music, and community.
Rudy Love & The Encore is a funk-based collective from Wichita, Kansas, embracing and showcasing soulful music from across the eras.
Their sound moves from introspective lyrics and emotive harmonies to high-energy dance grooves and expressive instrumentation. Each shift offers something different, giving listeners a moment to reflect before pulling them back into the rhythm.
For fans of Phony Ppl, Sly & The Family Stone, and Anderson .Paak, this is a performance to put on your calendar.
Come early to explore the art, settle in with friends, and spend your Saturday evening with us.
