This summer, the world’s largest sporting event comes to the Heart of America. Kansas City will host six matches for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, and local businesses aren’t wasting any time getting ready to welcome fans from near and far. 

From internationally inspired tees to soccer-themed sweets and celebratory brews, here ‘s how fans can soak in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ spirit this summer in Kansas City. 

  • Local retailer Charlie Hustle has taken its classic KC heart tee global with designs featuring the flags for all the teams playing in Kansas City. Find them online or at Charlie Hustle locations.
  • McLain’s Bakery has released a special soccer-themed menu of sweet treats for watch parties, festivals and more this summer.

  • Missouri’s Shatto Milk Company will release nine commemorative bottles of milk featuring special flavors for each team playing and staying in Kansas City. Customers will be able to find them at select KC-area grocery stores or at the company’s Osborn, Missouri, store, located just one hour north of Downtown KC. Shatto has also released three “World Cow”-themed glasses for this summer, plus other merchandise.
  • Betty Rae’s Ice Cream has released new pints of “world-class flavors” unique to each country staying and/or playing in Kansas City during the FIFA World Cup™. Find them in local grocery stores in April and May before fans can grab a scoop at all 13 Betty Rae’s locations in June.

  • KC-area grocer Price Chopper will host a series of “Kickoff to the Cup” events featuring giveaways, contests, Sporting KC ticket offers and more family fun. Details: May 30, Lee’s Summit; June 7, Overland Park; June 13, Lenexa.
  • Russell Stover Chocolates has created a limited-edition heart-shaped Soccer Capital of America gift box, available exclusively in Kansas City. Find it at Sporting Park on Sporting KC gamedays, select KC retailers, and Russell Stover retail locations in KCK and Merriam.

  • Parisi Coffee has unveiled a limited release Soccer Capital of America coffee, available for purchase online and in KC-area Parisi cafes.
  • Boulevard Brewing Co. will launch a spin-off of one of its iconic IPAs this summer in celebration of the FIFA World Cup™. The Space Camper Star Striker IPA features New Zealand hops and “pairs well with celebrations and Kansas City barbecue.” It will make its debut on May 28, and $1 of every Striker IPA sold will go to the KC Sports Commission
