TACO NACO KC brings regional Mexican flavors to the heart of Kansas City’s historic Westport neighborhood. Mexican-owned and women-led, this locally owned taquería serves award-winning Mexican street food by Executive Chef Fernanda Reyes in a colorful, casual setting.

The menu features quesabirria tacos with consommé for dipping, al pastor, carne asada, brisket barbacoa, and vegetarian and vegan options, alongside burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and house-made salsas. Enjoy an agua fresca with lunch or settle in for margaritas and agave-based cocktails with friends. A full bar, outdoor seating, happy hour, and late-night dining make it an easy stop while exploring Westport or heading out for an evening in Kansas City.

TACO NACO KC began at the Overland Park Farmers’ Market in 2020 and has grown into neighborhood restaurants in Westport, Overland Park, and State Line. Its cooking celebrates Mexican recipes and traditions, earning local recognition and Sello M, a distinction from Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy for promoting Mexican cuisine abroad.
