 تأسست فرقة «Found a Job – A Tribute to Talking Heads» في عام 2012، وهي فرقة مكونة من ثمانية أعضاء تركز في أدائها على الأغاني المأخوذة من ألبومات «Talking Heads» التي صدرت خلال حقبة «Expanded Heads» («Remain in Light» و«Speaking in Tongues» و«Stop Making Sense»).
كما تغني الفرقة أغاني من خارج تلك الحقبة، بما في ذلك الأغاني التي حققت نجاحًا كبيرًا على الراديو مثل "Road to Nowhere" و"And She Was" و"Take me to The River" و"Once in a Lifetime" و"Burning Down the House".

تقدم الفرقة حالياً عرضاً موسيقياً يمتد لأكثر من ساعتين، مصحوباً برقصات منسقة على غرار فيلم الحفلات الموسيقية الكلاسيكي «Stop Making Sense».
