 Formada en 2012, «Found a Job – A Tribute to Talking Heads» es una banda de ocho miembros que interpreta principalmente temas de los álbumes publicados durante la etapa «Expanded Heads» de Talking Heads («Remain in Light», «Speaking in Tongues» y «Stop Making Sense»).
El grupo también versiona canciones ajenas a esa época, incluyendo éxitos radiofónicos como «Road to Nowhere», «And She Was», «Take Me to the River», «Once in a Lifetime» y «Burning Down the House».

Actualmente, el grupo ofrece conciertos de más de dos horas, con coreografías al estilo de la clásica película-concierto «Stop Making Sense».
