Learn about the origins and styles of Irish whiskey, the mash bill that defines it, and how it influences not only our Sons of Erin Irish Whiskey but every whiskey we craft. You’ll also explore our partnership with Great Northern Distillery of Dundalk, County Louth—founded by the leader of today’s Irish Whiskey Renaissance—and taste our distinctive four-year Irish whiskey that’s sweet on the tongue and light on the palate.
