Visit KC is a non-profit tourism marketing and convention sales organization whose mission is to ignite global passion for visiting Kansas City. It accomplishes this goal in a variety of different ways, but one vital component is that it promotes its partners to meeting planners, convention groups, leisure travelers and group tours. Visit KC offers a variety of partnership levels, with prices ranging from $200–$5,000 annually. These levels grant numerous opportunities to help your business or organization gain more exposure through Visit KC’s many diverse channels.

Digital Visit KC Listing
Every Visit KC partner is given a digital listing on VisitKC.com. This listing allows partners to upload photos, add a business description and include contact information. This digital listing will feed throughout Visit KC’s website, the number one resource for travel information for the entire region.
Additional Visit KC Marketing Opportunities
Partners of Visit KC are also able to promote their business through a variety of Visit KC channels, including the Visit KC Magazine, participating in KC Savings, promoting events and many other opportunities.
Convention Sales Integration
As the largest convention sales force for the Kansas City region, Visit KC connects its partners directly with meeting planners and convention attendees. The Convention Digest, service and vendor RFP’s and referral notifications are all ways that businesses and organizations can utilize Visit KC’s resources to gain direct sales from meetings taking place in the Kansas City metro.
Meet the Visit KC Team
Once a quarter, Visit KC hosts an orientation for prospective and current members. The membership orientation/refresher gives members a general understanding of the departments and services offered by Visit KC, as well as updates and important developments in the community.
Networking Opportunities
Visit KC also hosts several networking events throughout the year. These social gatherings allow the organization’s 800-plus partners to interact with one another, helping attendees build stronger connections with other local groups—and to the KC community.
