Bundle up, Buttercup, and join us on a colder-weather walking tour through the River Market district. Once a month, we’ll explore the history, culture, food, murals, architecture, and stories that make this area so interesting.

Monthly dates: November 22, December 20, January 17, February 21, and March 14

Tour times: 10:00-11:30 am

Starting location: 5th & Walnut, under the City Market sign

You’ll hear the tales of gangsters, early American explorers, river boats and railroads, and the native tribes and French trappers who were here long before the Town of Kansas transitioned into Kansas City. Be prepared to walk about 1.5 miles on mostly flat terrain.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore and learn with KC’s original Guru Walk! To reserve your spot, go to Guruwalk.com and search by city. (Kansas City)

* If the tour is fully booked and you are unable to reserve your spot online, please show up anyway and bring friends!! The more, the merrier.
* Pets, well-behaved and on a leash, are welcome. Kids, too! Not on a leash 🙂
