Enjoy 3 rounds of food + beer pairings featuring three craft beers from Transparent Brewing paired with Thanksgiving-inspired dishes. (Guests will also receive recipe cards for each featured dish to take home.)
1st Pairing: Festive Fraulein (Marzen/Lager) with Gouda & Aged White Cheddar Beer Cheese served with Kielbasa & Garlic Boule
2nd Pairing: Lucent Galaxies (Pale Ale) with Chimichurri Marinated Beef Filet with Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes
3rd Pairing: Lady in Gray Grisette (Light Farmhouse Ale) with Spiced Pumpkin Galette
Tickets: $60 per person + tax — or round up your invoice total to include a donation to Lily’s Rescue Rehab.
After submitting our Google form, you’ll receive an invoice via email for your ticket. Once paid, we’ll send a confirmation for your spot. (Must be 21+ to participate in beer pairing portion of the night.)

All proceeds benefit Lily’s Rescue Rehab. Be on the lookout for our November Goods Drive benefiting Lily’s Rescue Rehab! Make a donation between Nov. 1st and Nov. 22nd and you will receive a Transparent Brewing poker chip (discount poker chip redeemable on your next taproom visit), or bring your donation(s) to the event and you will receive a raffle ticket—prizes will be drawn after each pairing round!
Bonus: All guests in attendance of the Beer & Food Pairing night will be given the opportunity to purchase discounted crowlers or 4-packs (depending on the beer) of all featured beers before the end of the night.
