Echo is a culinary call back to a time before the colonization of the Americas. We seek to provide information about the Indigenous peoples of the Americas before, during, and after colonization and it’s effects on food globally within a unique culinary experience. We will be providing guests with Indigenous cultural experiences, stories, and foods while providing education on how those foods and stories changed the world’s agriculture and how we experience food today. While using others kitchens to bolster support for those businesses, we can provide a unique dining experience that will be a source of continued conversations surrounding awareness of indigenous food ways.

Crossroads Arts District
Discover everything there is to know about the Crossroads Arts District neighborhood.
Once-vacant warehouses now house carefully curated galleries in the Crossroads. It’s here that visitors can truly take in the arts, both hanging in showrooms and spray-painted onto building exteriors—while restaurants, breweries and speakeasies round out the neighborhood that the arts built.
