In the Center of It All
Kansas City welcomes you to explore the city with our convenient transportation resources. Please use this guidance to navigate downtown KC and the surrounding area.

Parking in Kansas City
There are approximately 40,000 parking spaces in Downtown Kansas City, and even more throughout the metro. To find parking near T-Mobile Center and other downtown venues, view our parking maps.

Park KC
Download the City of Kansas City's Park KC app to pay for parking in municipal garages and metered parking directly from your phone. The Park KC app can be used for any of the city’s 1,500 parking meters.

Parking Along the Streetcar Route
Parking along the KC Streetcar line is also allowed but vehicles must park within the painted white lines along the route. This means that every portion of the vehicle, including the side mirrors, must be inside the painted white lines. This is to ensure that the streetcar has clearance to run along the tracks without any interference. Since a streetcar cannot swerve, it cannot move out of the way of vehicles.
Getting Around Downtown
In an effort to ease traffic congestion, locals and out-of-town visitors are encouraged to use the following convenient ways to access downtown. The Kansas City Police Department reminds fans to lock vehicles and stow valuables when cars are unattended.

Kansas City Streetcar
Running until 12 a.m. during the week and 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, ride from the steps of T-Mobile Center through the heart of Kansas City’s downtown along the 2.2-mile Streetcar route.
