North Italia’s annual Summer Sips menu is back bringing a refreshing twist of nostalgia to the season. Launching July 3 and running through September 7, this year’s theme, “Forever Young,” transforms classic summer memories into playful, modern cocktails designed to spark a little joy with every sip.

With 16 limited-edition drinks on the menu, guests can relive their favorite warm-weather moments – from creamy frozen treats to campfire sweets – all reimagined behind the bar.
