Moving Arts proudly celebrates its 14th summer season with “Oh, Joy,” an uplifting evening of dance that celebrates the moments of connection, playfulness, resilience, and wonder that bring joy into our lives. This year’s performance features a collaborative work choreographed by three artists, seamlessly blending their distinct creative voices into a single, dynamic performance.

As a Kansas City nonprofit summer dance company, Moving Arts brings together some of the region’s premier dancers to create and perform exceptional work while fostering artistic collaboration and community. Whether you’re a longtime dance enthusiast or experiencing live dance for the first time, “Oh, Joy” offers an inspiring evening of movement, music, and storytelling that invites audiences to rediscover joy in all its forms.

VIP Tickets: Includes premium reserved seating in the first few center rows of the theater, an exclusive pre-show experience with Moving Arts’ artistic staff one hour before the performance, two complimentary drink tickets, a swag bag featuring a signed show poster, admission to a post-show reception with the dancers, and an invitation to the exclusive after-party on Saturday, July 18 (details will be emailed to ticket holders).
