Join us for this First Friday for a multitude of exciting activities!

Visit the Belger Crane Yard Gallery to see our exhibitions More Than Meets the Eye and Shifting Perspective, before they close on September 6. Get a last chance to hear from our 2024-25 Resident Artists as they talk about their work in Shifting Perspective.

Our new resident, Erin Drake, will be leading the Live Clay Demo in the gallery’s classroom space! Learn more about Drake and ask her questions as she shows off her floral and fauna-inspired sculptural techniques.

In conjunction with More than Meets the Eye, pastry chef MooYueiBaker will have a “replicake,” or a replica of art from the exhibition. Come and enjoy MooYueiBaker’s “replicake” and purchase her delectable Thai-flavored desserts at her pop-up.

Don’t forget to swing by the Belger Glass Annex for a FREE glassblowing demo led by Emily Potter. Potter is teaching a special topics class this September and is giving a FREE Artist Talk on Thursday, September 4. Stop by to watch Potter and the team create a floral-inspired piece of glass artwork!
