The 10th Annual JOCO Home + Remodeling Show returns to the Overland Park Convention Center October 24–26, 2025. The show will feature more than 200 exhibitors and a star-studded lineup of experts and entertainers.

Carmeon Hamilton – Award-winning designer, CEO, and HGTV star of Reno My Rental and HGTV’s Urban Oasis 2024 in Kansas City. Carmeon, winner of HGTV Design Star: Next Gen, brings 15 years of design expertise to the stage with practical, beautiful advice for transforming your living spaces. She’ll share her insights on design, business, and elevating everyday life during presentations Friday at 6 PM and Saturday at Noon.

Mitchell Schwartz – Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl LIV Champion, 4-time All-Pro offensive lineman, and now a gourmet chef. Mitch will show off his culinary skills with live cooking demos and share his journey from the gridiron to the kitchen. Don’t miss him Friday at 2 PM and Saturday at 2 PM.

KC Wolf – Chiefs fans can meet the beloved mascot, who will be roaming the show floor throughout the weekend.

$100 ChairLIFT Challenge – Local influencers and media personalities put their creative spin on upcycled chairs in partnership with Habitat ReStore. Attendees vote for their favorite with the winning designer’s chosen charity receiving $500.
