The Leadership Convention, presented by the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), will be held on August 14-16, 2025 at the Loews Kansas City Hotel at 1515 Wyandotte, KC, MO.. The 3-day event consists of thought leadership keynotes, professional & executive workshops, a Career Fair, and the KC Gala featuring NAAAP 100 & Inspire & PRIDE awards. From 2010 – 2024, the annual Leadership Convention has drawn a range of 350 – 1,000 attendees and 20-50 sponsors and partners.
