Mid-Continent Public Library - North Independence

Located east of Kansas City in historic Independence, Missouri, Mid-Continent Public Library's North Independence Library Center is a state of the art library that serves the local community and welcomes out of town visitors seeking free WiFi. The branch, located across the street from the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum and minutes from the historic Independence Square, offers free programs on a wide-range of topics from local history and technology instruction to storytimes and family entertainment programs. A separate teen area, computer lab and children's section are featured.
