Kemper Outdoor Education Center

Nestled in the Fleming Park on the east side of Lake Jacomo, the Kemper Outdoor Education Center is a great place for kids and kids at heart to have fun and explore the outdoors. The site is primarily used for field trip programs, special events, rentals, and the popular Jacomo Summer Camp. The grounds feature: Western Auto Habitat Trail (one mile) offering Wetland, Prairie, Woodland & Cactus Glade Habitats; Butterfly and Water Garden; Wildlife Viewing; Archery Range; Arboretum; Playground; Swimming Pool; Playground; and a Shelter House.
