July 12-14, 2027

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Kansas City—Heart of America, City of Fountains and the proud home of Destinations International’s 2027 Annual Convention.

While you’re here, spend time discovering everything KC has to offer, from famous barbecue favorites to deeply significant cultural institutions like the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and the American Jazz Museum.

The Kansas City Convention Center is the event’s host venue. Located in the heart of downtown KC, it’s surrounded by several major hotels that will welcome guests during next year’s Annual Convention.

A few blocks away, the Power & Light District is home to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues for all hours. It’s perfect for private events and casual outings.

You’ll also be near the KC Streetcar. It’s free to ride and offers quick access to many of the city’s premier experiences, from the Crossroads Arts District and the sprawling The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art to CPKC Stadium—a historic venue for women’s sports and home of the Kansas City Current.

Before you arrive, here are a few more tips for your time in Kansas City.
