41st Annual Kid's Fishing Derby

Kids ages 2 to 15 show off their angling skills at this fun-filled family event. Activities include casting clinics, fishing demonstrations, and prizes for the top three heaviest fish in each age category: ages 6 and under, ages 7 to 10,  and ages 11 to 15.  Prize will also be awarded for the most fish caught overall and the smallest fishing caught overall.  The first 250 to register for the Kids Fishing Derby will receive a free fishing rod and reel combo courtesy of Pure Fishing. Please bring your own fishing rod and reel, bait and a bucket to transport your fish for weighing.  Register on-site at 8:30 am.  The Derby Contest is from 9 - 10:30 am. Pre-registration is not required.
