Join us for a fun month of strumming one of the most popular musical instruments of the 1920s! Our blockbuster music classes are back with instructor David Firman, Ukulele teacher and Founding Member of the KC Ukesters. Students will meet weekly to learn the basics, starting with an introduction to the fundamentals and progressing to advanced chords and strums. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Ukuleles and music are provided!
Select from TWO 4–week class series: a Tuesday Group and a Thursday Group! Classes will run from March 3 to March 26 at 7:00 pm for approximately 60 minutes. Classes are $45.00 for 4 classes. You will register for ONE class group and cannot alternate in between. LOCATION: Classes will be held in our Workshop building on the museum campus. Park at our 11501 West 57th Street lot and enter the open gate on the Left (look for sandwich board signs and lights directing you). It is a 30–second walk on ADA paved sidewalks to the Workshop! For those with mobility concerns, call the museum for accommodations. Registration opens by February 1
