Your organization must have a direct connection to the city of Kansas City, and the person who submits the request must be an official staff member of the local organization.
Requests must be submitted via Visit KC’s online form at least 3 weeks before the desired lighting date. Please include one preferred date and 1-2 colors when completing the form.

If approved, Visit KC only invites Downtown properties to participate. Each building has its own policies, schedule and makes its own decision about participation. Visit KC will not release contact information for Downtown properties.
