This special dinner marks a meaningful homecoming as Chef Romain returns to Parkville—the place where his culinary career first began years ago at the beloved Café des Amis. Reuniting with the community that helped shape his journey, Chef Romain joins the Acre culinary team to create a menu that celebrates friendship, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for hospitality.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy an exclusive five-course tasting menu, with each course showcasing the signature style and seasonal inspiration of both restaurants. Every dish will be complemented by a thoughtfully curated beverage pairing featuring exceptional wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails selected to enhance the experience.

More than a celebration of great food, this evening is an opportunity to give back. 5% of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to a local charitable organization, with the recipient to be announced in the coming weeks.
