Welcome NeighborWorks Training Institute

The NeighborWorks Training Institute is a five-day “mobile university” held four times each year in major cities throughout the United States. We train professionals who work in organizations that are large and small, nonprofit, for-profit and governmental, inner-city and rural. Unlike other conferences, NTIs are very much course-focused. Participants spend the majority of their time in intensive classes with 10-30 fellow learners, taught by expert practitioners and thought-leaders. Each NTI also features a one-day symposium on a timely topic, free afternoon workshops on the latest tools, strategies and approaches, and abundant peer networking opportunities.
