The Pick Is In

A Global Stage for 2026

The official FIFA Fan Festival™ will take place on the National WWI Museum and Memorial’s front lawn this summer, featuring live match broadcasts, entertainment and large‑scale viewing experiences that bring the global game to one of Kansas City’s most treasured landmarks.

New Exhibitions

Debuting this spring and summer, several new exhibitions offer additional ways to engage with history and culture. Opening around Memorial Day, Story of the Museum and Memorial is a new permanent exhibition exploring the institution’s origins and the Kansas City community that built and sustained it. Also on view through mid‑September, The Beautiful Game examines the global impact of soccer and its connections to World War I.

The National WWI Museum and Memorial will remain open to museum guests throughout the Official FIFA Fan Festival™. In addition, a limited number of festival tickets will be available each day to visitors who purchase a Museum and Memorial admission ticket.

Museum tickets grant access to exhibitions and Memorial grounds, with the option to experience FIFA Fan Festival activities while quantities last.
