History Comes to Life

The stories of the Midwest are preserved in the Northland. The Jesse James Birthplace Museum in Kearney preserves the childhood home of the infamous outlaw. In nearby Liberty, visit the location of the country’s first recorded daylight bank robbery at the Jesse James Bank Museum.

Located in Riverside, Morton Amphitheater is the area’s newest venue for concerts and live shows. The open-air theater can accommodate up to 16,000 guests and features a stellar lineup of big-name performances for its opening summer, from Luke Bryan and Tyler Childers to Kesha and 5 Seconds of Summer.
