ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

Kansas City was the initial host of both the Men’s and Women’s Tournaments in the first six years of the Conference (1997-2002), and again in 2005, 2008 and 2010-12. The men’s postseason event has continued its run in KC since 2010, while the Women’s Tournament returned in 2021 after the cancellation of the 2020 event. Both Tournaments will be played in Kansas City through 2031.

TCU claimed the title in 2025 after defeating Baylor in the championship game, 64-59.
