Kansas City is thrilled to once again host the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship. The 2023 event marks the 22nd time that Kansas City will host a portion of the Championship—more than any other city. Here's everything you need to know.

About the Championship

Big 12 Tournament

The 2023 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship will be held at T-Mobile Center, formerly known as Sprint Center, in Downtown Kansas City on Wednesday, March 8, through Saturday, March 11. The 2023 championship will be the 22nd held in Kansas City (1997-2002, '05, '08, '10-'22). Other cities to host the event include Dallas (2003-'04, '06) and Oklahoma City (2007, '09).

Kansas claimed the title in 2022 after defeating Texas Tech in the championship game, 74-65.
