Birthplace of Jesse James. Tour consists of 20 minute film, three galleries of artifacts and guided tour of the original 1822 cabin. Admission fee. Open year round: May-Sept 9-4 daily; Oct-April 9-4 Mon-Sat, 12-4 Sun. North of KC on I-35 to the Kearney exit. Hwy 92 east through town to Jesse James Farm Road, then north 1.5 miles.

Wow, I am blown away by the Jesse James Farm & Museum. I have lived in KC for over 30 years and didn't realize what a gem we have in the Jesse James birthplace in Kearney. Fascinating history and an awesome documentary movie at the beginning of the tour. Well worth the price of admission. I have recommended this place to all my friends.
