Chicken liver pate with pickled plums and warm toasted brioche
Pork and prune sausage with caraway kraut, plum mustard
Sous vide and smoked duck breast, plumb sauce, scallion pancake
Beef ribeye “tagliata” with plum agrodolce mushrooms, micro arugula, laudemo extra virgin olive oil
Povitica with vanilla bean crème fraîche, plum compote
As always, John will be there with cocktails and stories starting at 6:30PM
