A slightly upscale urban feel combined with the casual atmosphere of a neighborhood bar draws a mixed crowd of all ages, from families and singles to business people and locals. The chef-prepared menu includes sweet Thai chili wings, butterfly shrimp, Boulevard Beer-battered fish and chips (a local brewery), make-your-own s’mac ’n’ cheese, cedar planked salmon, char-crust KC strip steaks, burgers and chicken, fresh salads and specialty sandwiches such as the Mahomes grilled ribeye. “We choose only the freshest ingredients for our dishes, and we buy locally whenever possible,” said Chris Lewellen. Sundays feature a made-to-order brunch menu. The well-stocked bar offers 30 beers on tap and a wide selection of vodkas and signature cocktails.
