In the early 1960s Anthony and Antoinette Spino started a soup kitchen on the corner of 7th (Admiral) & Grand. This building still stands and is now our banquet room. Son Anthony and his wife Teresa, with the help of his brothers, opened Anthony’s Restaurant & Lounge in 1978. Today, you’ll find third generation Anthony and Vito carrying on this wonderful legacy. Great-Grandmother Angelina’s red sauce recipe is still made daily. The lasagna is fresh everyday handmade by Teresa, who you’ll find in the kitchen. The Italian dressing and the homemade desserts are made by the family and are out of this world.
