How to Submit Your Special Offer(s)

Hotel Members -  Special Offer Submission

Step One: Create a Special Offer

• Offer should be themed "Season of Magic" package or rate
• Run anytime between November 1, 2009 and January 5, 2010
• Create one or multiple “Season of Magic" rates/offers for your hotel's need periods throughout the holiday season
• You control blackout dates and package/rate components

Example Packages/Rates:

• "Season of Magic" for Less – Free Second Night
  Book your two-night stay and get the second free. With your purchase, you'll also receive a FREE continental breakfast for two and FREE parking. Mention promo code "Season of Magic" to redeem this limited-time offer.
   
• "Season of Magic" Getaway – Starting at $59
  Holiday savings in Kansas City. Special discount rates from $59. Mention promo code "Season of Magic" to redeem this limited-time offer.

Step Two: Load Your Special Offers on VisitKC.com

• Log on VisitKC.com/member to load packages/rates on VisitKC.com.
• Enter your user name (which is your e-mail address) and password.
• If you have forgotten your password click on “Forgot Your Password.” One will automatically be e-mailed to you.
• Once logged in, under “Manage Your Profile” (right hand side of the page), select “Create Special Offers.”
• Then select “Add New.” Enter your special offer information and then click “Submit.”
• Once you hit submit it will be sent to the KCCVA for approval.
• If approved your special offer will appear live on VisitKC.com within 24 hours excluding weekends.

Non-Hotel Members - Special Offer Submission

• Choose a category for your offer(s): 2-for-1 Specials, Dine & Play Discounts, Family Fun or Shopping Spectacular Savings
• Run anytime between November 1, 2009 and Janurary 5, 2009
• You control blackout dates and offer components
