After being a patron of this restaurant for years, last evenings meal was just short of disaster. We arrived and were promptly seated. Even before I could take off my coat, the waiter arrived and asked to take our drink order. To make a long story short, the restaurant wanted to 'turn' tables as fast as possible to make a quick buck. Our cocktail, appetizer and entree were all delivered within 15 minutes even though we had requested the server to slow down. My lobster entree was cold upon arrival. The general manager could offer nothing but an 'I'm sorry and order a free dessert'. There are much better seafood restaurants for much less money in Kansas City.
