I had the worst experience at the Coffee Girls in Waldo,I live in Brookside, had started to become a regular telling people I enjoyed the atmosphere and such. That was until this afternoon, I was doing some work on my computer and went to ask one of the girls for a refill on an iced coffee, she was very hostile in her response and proceeded to berate me in front of other customers about charging me for a refill, I did not mind paying for a refill, but was asking for clarification as I thought one free refill was the policy, I was shocked. I had been in there several other times and had never experienced anything like this there. I will not and can not endorse this establishment anymore. I will not patronize them with my business, and I will share this experience with my Brookside neighbors.
