Of course, Loose Park is known for its beautiful rose garden & its a favorite spot for weddings. But there is so much more that makes this park so great: walking trails, modern playground, many picnic tables, tons of grass areas to play in, and fountains. My personal favorite is the herb garden though. My family & I just love smelling all of the different herbs they have planted!

I spent the most beautiful fall day at Loose Park. There were dozens of Canadian geese and loons in the lake. This loon just splashed around in the water like a little kid. It was fun to just watch him.

Another one of my favorite things about Kansas City are the beautiful flower gardens, statues and fountains. My favorite places is Loose Park . Loose park offers a beautiful backdrop to any photo, extensive plant and animal life and a relaxing place to walk and see the gardens or feed the ducks at the pond.
