Steps You Can Take to Bring a Meeting to Kansas City

The Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association is a non-profit organization that provides FREE meeting and convention planning, booking and promoting services to make your KC meeting a success.

  1. Identify groups in your life that hold meetings or conventions (companies, organizations, associations, fraternal organizations, religious groups or even family reunions).
  2. Research if that group has ever considered having a meeting or convention in KC, and why or why not.
  3. Encourage the group to hold a meeting or convention in KC.
  4. Share these leads with the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association by submitting a meeting Request for Proposal (RFP) or calling (888) 474-8520.
  5. Follow-up with the group’s board and decision-makers to let them know how passionate you are about KC and its great meeting features.

No matter how big or small your group is, call (888) 474-8520 today to find out how you can be a hometown hero.
