Kansas City offers several fun events and festivals year-round — so many that the Urban Institute recently ranked Kansas City third among the top 50 cities in the country for the most festivals and special events. In fact, during the months of September and October, Kansas City features more than 20 festivals throughout the city, including Santa-Cali-Gon Days, Kansas City Irish Fest, Kansas City Renaissance Festival, Kansas City Oktoberfest and Art Westport.
