Christopher Elbow Artisanal Chocolates has generated quite a buzz since opening a few years ago, catching the eye of magazines such as Oprah, Food & Wine, Fine Cooking and InStyle. Kansas City’s designer chocolatier, who is famous for crafting each piece into individual works of art, recently expanded his company into San Francisco’s Hayes Valley.
