Kansas City needs your support. The City of Fountains is one of 10 U.S. destinations in the running to join Travel + Leisure's prestigious list of "America's Favorite Cities." But first we need your help. Show your civic pride now by casting your ballot for Kansas City at www.travelandleisure.com/afc/2009/newcitiesvote.cfm. The survey is quick and requires no registration. Vote as many times as you like before May 15. More information about America's Favorite Cities From a list of 10 contenders-Anchorage, Baltimore, Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, Kansas City, Memphis, Providence, Salt Lake City, and St. Louis-just five will make it into Travel + Leisure's ultimate lineup of 30 cities. The nomination poll closes on May 15. The final round of the survey will open on June 1. Then, Web visitors will rank the top 30 destinations in several lifestyle categories-from the best-looking citizens to the most noteworthy neighborhoods. Last year, more than 125,000 people completed the survey, ultimately crowning Boston as the nation's favorite city.
