| HISTORY: Zona Rosa's first phase opened in Kansas City's Northland in May 2005. Its developer, Steiner + Associates, specializes in the development of urban town centers. The Columbus, Ohio-based company has developed similar projects in Texas, Virginia and Philadelphia. |

| WHERE TO GET LUNCH: Whether they're seeking a snack or looking for a fine-dining experience, guests at Zona Rosa can choose from a diverse line-up. A few Kansas City favorites-such as Hereford House, Tomfooleries and O'Dowd's Little Dublin Irish Pub-share the development with a variety of national restaurants including Abuelo's Mexican Food Embassy, Mimi's Café and Ted's Montana Grill. |

DRIVING THERE: From the south: From I-35 North, take the Broadway Bridge (Hwy 169) across the Missouri River to I-29 North. Take the Barry Road exit and turn left (west). Take a right into Zona Rosa.
From the north: Travel south on I-29 to the Barry Road exit. Turn right (west) and then take another right into Zona Rosa
From the east: Travel west on I-70 to I-435 North. Take Hwy 152 West to I-29 South. Exit immediately at Barry Road. Turn right (west) and then take another right into Zona Rosa.
From the west: Travel east on I-70 to I-635 North. Take I-29 N to the Barry Road exit. Turn left (west) and then turn right into Zona Rosa.
