Enjoy a cocktail under the stars and surrounded by the downtown cityscape at Elements, the seasonal patio bar located at the base of the District clock tower and the H&R Block Headquarters. The outdoor, piazza style lounge features wines, beer and refreshing fruit-infused libations. Elements is open, weather permitting, from 5 - 9 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 5 pm - 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
